The Fall 2007 Registration Windows Schedule is now available online. All Scholars are strongly encouraged to schedule an Academcic Advising appointment prior to registering for the fall semesters. Undecided students should contact the Student Advising Services Office by calling 716.645.6013 or stopping by 109 Norton Hall. Scholars with an approved or intended major should meet with their departmental advisor. For more information on Academic Advising at UB, visit the university’s Advising website.
Registration for UB’s Summer 2007 session begins on March 7, 2007. Please visit the Summer Registration site to view the official summer schedule and for information on tuition and fees.

On Wednesday February 14, Wellness Education Services, along with Hostelling International-Niagara Frontier Council, will be hosting a FREE EVENT. This is an event that will bring together the various cultural organizations here on campus to discuss women’s issues and local and international activism to end violence against women. The event will include food, speakers, and a slideshow. All proceeds will benefit Crisis Services. The event will be held in the Intercultural and Diversity Center in 240 Student Union from 3-5:00 pm.
Students are named to the Dean’s List for each semester in which they earn a mimimum GPA of 3.6 and complete 15 credit hours or more of coursework (at least 12 credits must be letter graded).

Career Peers work as paraprofessionals in the office of Career Services and contribute to the office in the following ways:

Qualifications:
Candidates for the position must possess good written and communication skills, a GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, and be willing to give a full year (2 semester) commitment. Sophomore, junior, and senior standing preferred, but not required.
