The UB Scholars Mentoring Program was designed to help freshmen Scholars with their adjustment to the University by pairing them with an upper level Scholar who will serve as a resource person. Scholar Mentors will help first-year students with their transition from high school to college by providing information on how to adapt to campus life and how to become an active member of the university community.
The UB Scholars staff will pair Mentors and Mentees throughout the month of September. All participants will be notified of their Mentor/Mentee via email.
If you are a freshman and would like a Mentor, please send an email to ub-scholars@buffalo.edu. Include your full name, UB person number and intended major in the body of the email.
If you are an upper division Scholar and would like to serve as a Mentor, please complete the online Mentor Application.
